Getting started

Install Desk AI from the Chrome Web Store, open WhatsApp Web, then verify your email. Your workspace starts with 100 free credits.

Credits and pricing

Free credits have no time limit and are used as you request AI work. When they run out, membership is $6.99/month for 500 shared credits. A 250-credit top-up is $3.99.

Team access

Owners can create a one-use invite code from Desk AI settings. Teammates join with their email and share the workspace knowledge and credit balance.

Privacy and calls

Review the privacy notice for account, AI-processing and billing details. Call recording starts only when you choose it; tell participants before recording.

Use the reply templates, free tools and guides for practical WhatsApp workflows while you get set up.
